I know I installed the files properly because I have been installing enb's for years now. An easy way to tell, is to look at the preset you're downloading. Thus they don't work with the latest version. A lot of the Reshade/ENB presets are setup for the old version of Reshade and have not updated yet to the newest version. Idk if it's my.ini files and i don't have any weather mods.
